Adcomp Technologies Inc. manufactures custom and standard panels, vacuum tables, pallets and composite components. Adcomp Technologies Inc. provides light weight panels using core materials such as corrugated aluminum core, honeycomb core, composite core, foams, balsa wood, and more. We use a variety of skins such as aluminum, steel, fiberglass, aramid and carbon composites. Panels supplied by Adcomp Technologies Inc. provide significant cost and weight savings to its customers.

The vacuum tables made by Adcomp Technologies Inc. are based on a patent pending technology and provide 10%-40% cost savings compared to competing technologies. Adcomp Technologies Inc. makes vacuum table using honeycomb core as well as patent pending core. Small to large size panels and vacuum tables up to size 60” X 120” can be easily obtained from us. Complex shapes can be cut using our in-house CNC router capability.

The products made by us are:

Samples of vacuum tables/beds made with Aluminum skin and patented core are shown below. Vacuum holes are made using a CNC router in-house. Call us to get samples.

Samples of sandwich panels made with corrugated, honeycomb, and foam cores. Call us to get samples.

Sandwich Concept:

The sandwich concept is a well proven construction technique that combines low weight core material with skin material of exceptionally high stiffness and strength, and thus provides significant weight savings. The core supports lateral loads experienced by the sandwich component through shear, for which reason shear strength and modulus are the most relevant properties of the core material. The sandwich concept can provide up to 90% weight savings which benefits clients by ease of installation, lower labor cost, fuel savings, larger pay loads, and better operating economy.
